Help for those who are 'fine', but that really means:
1. Isolated - apologising when you bring up your own struggles, going over conversations in your head, berating yourself.
2. Medicated - keeping the emotional pain at bay by making yourself busy, fuelled by adrenaline throughout the day or using alcohol or other substances as a way to get through.
3. Dysregulated - it doesn’t take much for you to burst into tears, blow your top or ‘go beige’, withdrawing into yourself to try and find some sense of calm.
